Four Chili Blend + Sichuan (HOT!)
A mix of four chilies grown in Washington plus Sichuan peppercorns for a bit of tingle. Just add hot oil. (Due to licensing restrictions, it's easier for MAF to sell this as a spice blend rather than a finished product).
HOW TO TOAST YOUR CHILI CRISP

Pour spice blend out into a larger heat proof container. Heat 5/8 cup oil of your choice (I use grapeseed) to between 375-400 degrees F. Slowly pour hot oil over spice mix (it should sizzle and bubble up a bit). Stir. Once cool, return to original container.
Once made, keep refrigerated. Will last in the fridge a minimum of 3-4 months.
