Our take on a classic French-style loaf with the inclusion of a small percentage of freshly-milled Hollis red wheat and sourdough starter for leavening and improved flavor. A smaller, demi sized (approximately half sized) loaf perfect for sandwiches or a cheese plate for two! (or for one, we won't judge :) )
