"Walla Walla White" is our monterey jack cheese. Monterey jack was first produced in California in the 18th century. It's a white, semi-hard cow milk cheese that features a slight sweetness. It's mild, melts well, and is fantastic both in quesadillas or nachos and as a snacking cheese. This one has the added flavors of cilantro and jalapeno peppers.
