Chili Crisp kit, Latin American style

3 oz. jar

Three Chili Blend + Mexican Oregano

A shelf stable take on traditional Latin Salsa Macha. A mix of three chilies grown on my farm, sesame seed, onion, garlic and Mexican Oregano. Just add hot oil. (Due to licensing restrictions, it's easier for me to sell this as a spice blend rather than a finished product). Feel free to add fresh peanuts for crunch!

HOW TO TOAST YOUR SALSA MACHA
(Instructions also on the jar)

Pour spice blend into a larger heat proof container. Add 1/4 cup peanuts if desired. Heat 5/8 cup oil of your choice to between 375-400 °F. Slowly pour hot oil over spice mix (it should sizzle and bubble up a bit). Stir. Once cool, return to original container.

Once made, keep refrigerated. Will last in the fridge a minimum of 3-4 months.
