Our classic soft gingerbread individually pressed with a snowflake stamp and covered in amaretto glaze. As delicious as they are beautiful.
All products are made with regionally sourced whole grains, and as many other locally sourced ingredients as I can (butter is usually Tillamook, vanilla comes from Singing Dog Vanilla in Eugene, most fruits and vegetables are sourced from Grande Ronde Valley farmers).
