Ivan is a porcelain type, hardneck garlic best known for its large, easy to peel cloves.
Averages about 4-7 cloves per bulb, making it very easy to work with in the kitchen! Raw it's flavor is hot, but when roasted it has a sweet, nutty flavor. It is best used in multipurpose cooking.
