Sakariacha is our take on the famous Sriracha. Made in a traditional way by fermenting the peppers and garlic first then combining with brown sugar, fish sauce and vinegar.
It is superb with great depths of umami flavor. Goes great with breakfast and is a must for SE Asian cuisine.
