Magic Molly variety. The name conjures up images of beauty and magic, right out of the garden. And when these beauties emerge from the earth, it is indeed like magic. Almost black flesh is quite vivid. Long tubers with an earthy flavor. Plump fingerling shape--these fingerlings are fantastic!
This product comes to us from First Cut Farm (Mt Vernon, Wash.) via Walla Walla Food Hub. Santos Guadarrama and his family grow produce in central WA. First Cut Farm grows 10 acres of organic potatoes and snap beans in the Skagit Valley. We hope that our vegetables inspire you to cook a new recipe at home.
