Small-batch tortillas made with heirloom corn from central Mexico! No preservatives! Approx. diameter 6 inches, they will vary in size. While we do weigh each masa ball, the corn tortillas are hand-pressed.

Stored frozen; thaw in fridge to enjoy. No preservatives! Recommended to use within 2 weeks of thawing

Victor: "One of my earliest memories is being in my grandmother’s kitchen, watching her grind freshly nixtamalized corn on her metate. I’d help roll the masa into balls and press them into tortillas. She’d cook them on a hot comal, pull one off, sprinkle it with salt, roll it up, and hand it to me.

"There was something magical about those moments—the sound of the stone grinding, the smell of fresh masa, the taste of something made with love. That’s when I fell in love with tortillas. But no store-bought version has ever stirred my heart the way those did.

"Tillas was born from a desire to bring that feeling back. What began as a pandemic side hustle has grown into my full-time pursuit. I left corporate life to take a leap—and to share the joy of simple, well-made food. In my culture, flour and corn tortillas are at the heart of almost every meal, so it means a lot to be able to offer the best version I can of such an important staple to the Walla Walla Valley.PracticesOur tortillería prides itself on two things: making the best food we can and growing sustainably. That starts with keeping our ingredients as simple and clean as possible. It makes storage and preservation a bit more complex, but the payoff in flavor is worth it.

"We make our tortillas as close as possible to when they’ll be eaten—there are never stacks of inventory sitting around. We also work to source everything we use either locally or from farmers and producers committed to preserving heirloom corn and wheat varieties or practicing ethical agriculture."
