Jimenez Farms

Felipe Jimenez started working on farms near Milton-Freewater in 1985. After 22 years of working on other farms, he bought his own. He started with only ½ acre in production. Now he and wife Aida farm 50 acres of land.

Jimenez Farm produces onions, asparagus, garlic, potatoes and green beans. Two gardens also provide tomatoes, peppers, corn and squash, including a special variety of squash from Guatemala.
