Libbyville Alaskan Sockeye

Hi I'm Towner Menefee. I'm a commercial fisherman out of Bristol Bay, Alaska, who spends time in Bend and Joseph as well. I started Libbyville Alaskan Sockeye so I could work with a processor there called Leader Creek Fisheries to source the best available salmon for my friends and family in the States. Bristol Bay produces over half of the world's Sockeye Salmon and enjoys record years of returning salmon. Eating sustainably caught wild fish is much better for the environment than farmed fish and it supports small-scale fishermen. Leader Creek is a smaller processor whose focus is on quality rather than quantity. The fish is flash frozen right after being caught to preserve freshness, and is sushi grade (though I recommend cooking it). I hope you will enjoy it!
