Grain Queen Bakehouse (Home Baker)

(Formerly Teahouse Bakery) is a one-woman cottage bakery in Cove, Oregon that makes cookies, pastries, desserts, and (occasionally) sourdough breads. I celebrate whole grain flavor, texture, and nutritional value in all of my bakes. Flour is an under-appreciated ingredient when it comes to designing flavorful bakes, which is why I've adopted the tagline, "flour is flavor!"

Grain Queen Bakehouse is a home-based bakery that operates under the Oregon cottage bakery exemption. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that has not been certified or inspected. With over 20 years of food service industry experience, I know and employ Oregon food handlers sanitation and safety measures.
