Three Springs Farm

Three Springs Farm is located just outside of La Grande and is managed by the Hibbert family. The farm uses season-extension techniques such as high tunnel hoop houses (aka a greenhouse) to grow hardy greens all winter long in the Grande Ronde Valley, as well as other vegetables during the summer months. The farm uses natural farming practices, but is not certified organic.
